Thursday, April 30, 2009 Things to complete over the weekends! :D 1. finish up weirdo's card and start on mum's. 2. pay the stupid library fines so I can finally borrow again. 3. finish reading cage of stars. 4. do my accounting tutorial and prepare for food and beverage tutorial. 5. go grocery shopping and stock up on my supply of junk food. yum! 6. borrow money from sister to go buy jerome's present. never mind, this one I think can claim. :P anyway I think I know what is happening and I hate it yet I simply cannot summon enough kindness and energy to change this. -sigh- and I shall go out and have fun this long weekend! just wish that we could have an extra day, then at least I would be able to stay home and recharge. I want a day of lazing at home, doing nothing and having some me time. eh maybe next week?!? :D guess what!?! we heard that if swine flu continues to spread(like fire or peanut butter hahaha), just like SARS years ago, our batam trip may postpone or something. Thursday, April 23, 2009 the view when I look out of the window from my room is so boring. there is nothing pretty or interesting, ever. and I am dying from the heat oh my god the weather is so darn hot nowadays! I finally bought new a earpiece! :D but I blew quite a lot of money on it because of this dumb electronic shop in sun plaza. went there this afternoon and got this pretty earpiece only to realise afterwards that it was not working well. so I calmly went back to the shop expecting them to change one for me. then the person just told me "sorry cannot change" and expected me to think it is reasonable?!? so I questioned him and he became quite rude and defensive. I finally decided to give up and went to popular to get another earpiece, not so calmly this time. eh such a waste of money right? and so unfair too. haha but forget it, no worth getting wrinkles over such stuff. :D and damn I am slightly sunburnt, especially my face. it was quite painful and red just now but after applying my aloe vera gel at least an inch thick on my face and the countless chilled cucumbers, it now feels much better. :D hope it does not peel or anything. useless sunscreen. alrighty, school starts at 8am tomorrow and it would be a day packed full of tutorials and lectures. plus my hardworking plan officially starts tomorrow! Tuesday, April 21, 2009 everyone says things they regret once in awhile. there are two kinds of regret. one is the regret for not having said or done something and the other is regret for having done or lashed out something unintentionally. the latter is usually much more complicated, because the damage is done, and apologies may not always fix the situation. at most, feverishly hope that people forget about it after some time. but truth is, people tend to remember all the bad stuff, somehow. thus I hate regret. and, is there no room for mistakes in this world? I wish there is a potion that you can make someone drink and then alter their memory. and, why do people always have to have something to prove? because nobody has the right to judge you anyway. even if they do, so what. they are not better than you, not better than him, not better than anyone. I survived first day of school! :D nothing much happened, but it was nice to see everyone again. and I still love the prawn noodles as much as ever. dinner was lovely too, thanks for the great chat. signing off, viting

Thursday, April 16, 2009 like finally! dawn and I met up with samantha yesterday after ten million years. :D we watched shinjuku incident. it was so violent and there were some gruesome scenes with alot of blood. haha so dawn concluded that it was a movie for guys. yup but it was not too bad, I quite like it. :D and we also managed to catch up a little so yay! :D and I saw weirdo today! we had dinner at crystal jade and their chicken and their shrimp wanton are super yummy I swear. haha and we seriously need to do some retail therapy together like real soon! :D salvage my bank account please, I want to go shopping. :D I have yet to clear my desk but mum is in a good mood recently so I think I should be fine for now. eh hopefully I can summon enough willpower and strength to do so soon, real soon. school is starting! must start on a good note, must be a new person, must be a better person, must be hardworking and organized! :D off! signing off, viting

(:(:(: we watched confessions of a shopaholic. my second time watching it because they wanted to watch. yup but it was still good the second time round. afterwards we went shopping and I saw so many things I want to buy! all of a sudden, the malls seem to be stocked with so many pretty stuff. life is sad, when I have some money to spare, there is nothing to buy. then when my bank account is empty, pretty things start to surface everywhere. still, I somehow managed to deplete my bank account to a deeper level, despite my best efforts lol. but yay im happy with my purchases. :D the rest of the stuff will have to wait till I am rich. something I guess I'll never be. -tremendous sigh- and I finally managed to sign up for gems. mine is everyday chemical hazards, like what am I doing there? haha just hearing the name makes me sleepy. but that is like the only one left with the timing I want and my sister was like, "just take it! better that then nothing! anyway it sounds quite interesting." and I agree with her, other than that part about it being interesting of course. yay good friday tomorrow! Tuesday, April 7, 2009 today was good, I met up with dawn, lyana and huda. :D was supposed to go back to anderson with dawn to take our testimonial but I overslept and was late for an hour. yup so did not go in the end. haha sorry, I promise not to oversleep again next time we meet! I went to her house and it was super cool, spent the afternoon there. then we met the rest for food. basically the whole of today, we did nothing except laze around and catch up. we love, and always seem to, sit around doing absolutely nothing except enjoying each the company. sounds awesome? on saturday, I went to rachel's birthday party at east coast park. it was a chalet but went home after the barbecue. did not plan on staying because I dun really know anyone there but her and weijie, and he was not staying. haha but her friends are super friendly and I had fun. we played captain's ball, ice and water and card games. yah but the most fun part has got to be the food fight! :DD it was crazy, all started when her dad dunked her right smack into the cake. should have taken a picture of her expression then, priceless! then somehow all of us started throwing leftover fishballs and noodles around and at the same time scrapping cream off rachel's face and putting it on everyone's hair. eh I want the pictures! maybe I should add one of her friends in facebook or something. anyway happy birthday once again, although now that would be kinda belated. :D and yesterday was work. working with dayang is like the most fun because she is super funny. plus she always apologizes for showing a black face. haha she looks super pissed off when busy, and weekends are always busy. so she wore that get-away-from-me-before-I-scream-at-you face perpetually the whole day. so I laughed at her black face the whole day. stupid gems, I still have not managed to get into any slots. the website kept giving me retarded problems. so I must wake up early tomorrow to try my luck again. and to call the helpline thingy, damn annoying. I shall try to get into either understanding weather or understanding how a ship works. :D wish me luck! now, I shall post some pictures of edward monkton creation which he calls his interesting thoughts. so people, dun complain that my blog lacks pictures, trying to make an effort already. :D went into the website just now to entertain myself while waiting for my show to load. very funny, love the quotes and stuff. these few below are my personal favourites!      how can someone come up with such cute and nonsensical thoughts and yet they somehow make sense? :D P.S. happy birthday ziqin! signing off, viting
Saturday, April 4, 2009 our new timetable is damn irritating fullstop. it ends at 6pm two days in a week and on some days there are only a couple of hours worth of lessons. whoever planned our timetable must be quite lame, squeezing all our modules together one minute and giving us up to three hours of break the next. and on some days there are only a few hours of lessons. that is going to make me so tempted to well, but it could be worse so whatever. not like there is anything we can do about it. :D and at work today, I told this customer about why I thought mingdao was cute. hahaha it sounds seriously funny but it's true! and I must have been persuasive because she is now a convert! lol from a ignorant girl to a genius. she was super bubbly and we talked for pretty long despite the crowd the restaurant had today. eh it beats me how I can like mingdao for so long sometimes. and look at the time now? why am I not tired why am I not tired why I am not tired?!? whee rachel's birthday party tomorrow! :DD signing off, viting
Wednesday, April 1, 2009 hahaha honestly, my sister and I can be so lame sometimes. we just spent an hour playing the stick-the-chewed-bubble gum-on-the-wall game. she wanted to sleep at first but I kept disturbing her because I was bored. was waiting for my show to load. a new show, "my lucky star" and hannah says it's nice. anyway I pity my sister, having such an annoying sister like me. yay im so cool. (:(:(: I found the gum I brought back from genting before I left for work this morning. have been chewing it since, one whole day! my skills of talking with the gum in my mouth is improving. when I have to talk to any customers today, I would push the gum to the roof of my mouth and stick it there while I talk. afterwards, just slide it off with my tongue. very fun lol. so I kept that piece of gum all through lunch, work and dinner. and dinner was curry, so you can just imagine how gross it must have been. until just now, sister and I threw our own gum and see who can accurately make theirs shoot pass the gap between our desks and stick on the wall next to her timetable. I was a natural! :D sister said I should consider that as my career in future, opening this store that allows guests to chew gum and then stick it everywhere. :D ohh and I tricked my work friends today. april fool's day for all the silly fools in the world. :D my brother got tricked by me so many times that he got rather pissed off. haha sore loser, all because I was too smart to fall for any of his lame jokes. happy, my lucky star episode one is finally fully loaded. off to watch!
