Monday, June 29, 2009 Today is not a very good day. 1) I wasted the whole day slacking around, not studying anything. 2) Woke up with two ultra painful ulcers. 3) Managed to catch a cold and terrible sore throat. ): 4) Got scolded by mum because I dropped the plate of steamed fish. so funeral day for fish and plate. ): oh well, but tomorrow shall be better! my first paper tomorrow, shall go in and FIGHT! Sunday, June 28, 2009 taking a break to blog and put some effort into reviving my dying blog. :D yay me. okay seriously, I am like close to giving up. hotel operations and housekeeping seem utterly pointless to me, a complete waste of time. you guys may not know what I am talking about if you dun take this module but nevermind, just ask me to show you the notes and you would understand what I mean. they are so lame that I cannot even bring myself to study them without feeling silly. that aside, projects are pretty taxing too. like no matter how many nights I spend doing the reports, they never seem to look good enough and the weightage is so huge that I simply cannot bear to hand in such mediocre work. sigh, but I guess that would be inevitable, given the short amount of time I have left to study and finish up everything. gosh I feel so unproductive sometimes, not working smart at all! but whatever, enough of ranting. happier things! I just came back from Weijie's birthday chalet today. well, technically it was yesterday, cause now is already four plus in the morning. I took a nap when I got home and got up not long ago to study. haha the celebration was fun, we played the entire afternoon and I would have stayed over if not for the fact that I need to go home and sleep, was tired. anyway, in the afternoon I met Jenny and Yvonne and we took a cab down to the chalet. yup then we played captains ball and attempted to play volleyball but the ball was too hard, my arms were all red from the impact of hitting the ball. afterwards, I tried to teach some of them bridge! hahaha although I am not super good at it myself. wahaha I nearly died teaching them, did not remember myself taking half as long to learn. (I hope so anyway) yup but it was funny, I kept laughing at their slowness and they kept laughing at their own retard-learning-speed. :DD I shall wish you happy birthday again here, good luck for upcoming tests! be grateful, I sacrificed my studying time! haha and I missed flea titans! ): wonder if lydia went, must ask her about it. haha hope there was nothing nice to buy. then again, come to think so it, with my financial state I would not have been able to buy much anyway. yup so that is at least some consolation. :D alright, before I end my post and get back to work, I want to introduce to everyone the drink I am currently addicted to. -drumroll- THE GUAVA JUICE WITH PEAR BITS! yummy this is like super nice and I finished one whole carton of it today. my mum was not very pleased lol. but this is really superrr nice, tomorrow I got to make a trip to the supermarket and stock up on this. haha must make sure there is plenty at home, I dun want withdrawal symptoms. :D and finally, I wrote a haiku! haha while I was stressing out over my unproductivity. it's really stupid LOL. Monday, June 15, 2009 Happy Birthday Yeeyen! Happy Birthday Raimi! Happy Birthday Grandma! (not like she will see this haha) haha I am actually a couple of days late but nevermind, I did wish them before this of course. yeeyen-the-square-face, cannot forget her birthday if not may get retribution and end up with a square face too. ahh please no! hahahaha okay only kidding! (: On friday, our class went to fish and co the glass house to celebrate. It had an awesome atmosphere because the other tables were all celebrating their birthdays as well. so it was like a place where all the birthday babies in the world unite. haha reminds me of that "when all the bananas in the world unite" cheer, but that is so not the point so whatever. anyway back to the topic! In the morning, a few of us went to boey's house to bake a chocolate cake filled with sincerity, sweat and blood. (honestly, how cheesy can I get?) haha anyway not literally of course, that would have been pretty gross. :P haha the process was actually quite lame, we forgot to grease the pan and the cake got stuck. we tried to force it out so some parts of it fell off. then we tried to flip the cake over to another side and during the process, the centre part came off. hahaha it was quite funny at that point of time actually. and anyway beauty is only skin deep and dun judge a book by its cover and I cannot think of any other suitable phrases but you get the general idea, the cake was ugly, fullstop. haha but after we “glued" pieces of the cake back together with the ever mighty, not to mention ultra yummy nutella, covered the whole thing with icing and he guys decorated the cake with strawberries , it actually looked halfway decent. see!  our commendable efforts! both of you, be so touched that you want to treat us all to dinner next time okay! :D In the afternoon, our female lead ong yee yen overslept and had to join us directly at night. haha nevermind, did not do much anyway. the real celebration started at night. haha still cannot believe both of them were totally oblivious to the fact that we were going to surprise them. haha they were clueless, even after so many retarded excuses we came up with to stall for time while the rest got ready in the restaurant. haha anyway we ate and after we were super full, we decided to cut th cake. the fish and co staff made them stand on chairs while they did their cheer and everybody sang.  the birthday boy and girl, making a wish to be as genius as me wahaha.  seventeen of us! close to the whole class, quite a rare moment. :D after everything, somebody, I forgot who, psycho-ed the rest to walk to cineleisure and so we did. spent the rest of the night laming at the arcade before heading home. I had fun, hope the both of them did too. (:(:(: happy eighteen birthday once again！ haha raimi, time to stop being lame/weird and yeeyen, time to cut down on your qian4 da3 faces and, come to school more often! :D promise! haha okay im off to bed, project insanely early tomorrow. somebody save me! note to my laptop: stupid idiot, you are useless and I hate you. signing off, viting
Tuesday, June 9, 2009 haha blogging on my sister's computer now because mine decided to die on me. she has been going on about how benevolent she is yada yada and i want to puke but shall endure, for the sake of having a computer to use! and yes mine was on the verge of dying for several months, struggling to hold out for its genius owner but all things have to die in the end. oh well, shall bring it to school to fix tomorrow, likely to have to reformat and lose all my pictures and music and projects. but beats having to plead with my sister to lend me her laptop hands down. and yay holidays started! yay so far it has been awesome! :D saturday was sentosa/shopping and sunday was homeclub flea plus movies. :D went shopping again today before meeting shufen's group for dinner. haha initially was because they did not want to waste a 1-for-1 offer but they ended up not using it anyway. nevermind, im sure they dun mind me joining them to lame. speaking of project! a million apologies with chocolate chips on the top to my group members. haha did not expect my grandma to throw a party for her birthday and mum would kill me if I dun go back so yah, this is totally beyond my control. kinda looking forward to seeing my cousins though. :DD tomorrow and wednesday will be project-ing! ：D eh please make me a productive person when i wake up tomorrow thanks. :D and as for studying, shall start on week two/three. the problem in trying to do everything is that you are left with no time for nothing. and that's important, everyone needs to do nothing and just laze and day dream. everyone deserves to, haha human rights. right, so I shall not make myself do everything this week. chill man, take life one step at a time! :D okay shall end with this!  found it on the internet and love it. ：D haha off to bed now so that i would not be late for projects tomorrow like how im always late for lectures and tutorials and failing my plan to be hardworking but not caring and can only think about how wonderful it would be to fall back into my lovely soft bed and just sleep. haha sudden urge to type a long sentence. whatever whatever gosh it's late, i shall go sleep now! signing off, viting
Tuesday, June 2, 2009 what I really ought to be doing now is start on my reflections journal for report writing. but since I got home today, I watched television, polished off half a tub of ice cream, created a art piece with my brother using my natural artistic talent and a bunch of other nonsense. haha everything except doing my reflections journal. I need motivation! I need some sense of urgency! and it has been sometime since I last updated. haha life has been great basically, school is relaxing. but we do have three projects due after the three weeks break. speaking off which, this week is out last week of school before the holidays! yay something to look forward to. haha but I am soo dreading the tests and presentations which follow. oh well, but this is life. you cannot have everything going your way all the time.(: hahaha no worries, I am not going to start getting philosophical. (:(:(: alright, time to go watch my show! hope I can get down to doing the report today.
